1. For the churros:
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1/3 cup butter
  4. 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  5. Pinch salt (roughly 1/2 tsp.)
  6. 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
  7. 2 eggs
  8. White sugar
  9. Cinnamon powder
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For the chocolate dip:
  12. All purpose cream
  13. Chocolate


  1. Boil the water in a pan.

  2. While boiling, add the butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir thoroughly.

  3. After being mixed, pour the all purpose flour. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Add 1 egg in the mixture then mix. Add the other egg then mix.

  5. Preheat the oil before frying the mixture. Only in a low heat so the churros will be fried evenly and not burnt. You can pipe in directly the mixture in the pan using a piping bag with a big star shaped tip.

  6. In a bowl, mix the white sugar and cinnamon powder. Then roll the churros in the mixture.

  7. Boil the all purpose cream in a pan on a medium heat.

  8. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Then pour the all purpose cream.
