Chocolate chip cookies

This chocolate chip cookies are easy to make and you can also freeze/refrigerate for up to 10 days.

Ingredients

  1. 1 stick butter
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 brown sugar
  4. 1 egg at room temp
  5. 1 1/4 cups flour
  6. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  7. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  8. Pinch salt
  9. Splash vanilla
  10. 1 cup chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Cream the room temperature butter

  2. Add in the sugars and beat

  3. Add in 1 egg

  4. A splash of vanilla

  5. Add all the dry ingredients together

  6. Add in the chocolate chips

  7. Scoop and roll the dough into balls and refrigerate for 30 mins

  8. After thawing, bake at 325 for 15-18mins. Enjoy!
