Pineapple is one of the few fruits that I like to be be cooked with meat. Hawaiian style they say. And I love it.
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 kilo chicken
- Chicken broth
- Black Pepper
- Soy sauce
Marinate chicken with pineapple juice for half an hour
Pan fry chicken for 2 minutes in each side. Set aside.
In the same pan, saute onion, garlic and diced tomatoes.
Add the marinade and chicken broth. Add small amount of soy sauce and sprinkle the grounded black pepper.
Add the half cooked chicken and the pineapple tidbits. Bring to a boil.
