Been a long time since I posted something here.
I actually have two cookpad accounts, one is in Indonesian and one is this one. I made them at the same time but then, I used the Indonesian one more often, this one become neglected, until a friend of our family asked me if I can translate my recipes because she wanted to try and she doesn’t speak Indonesian.
So I began to write on both accounts ? up till now.
But, sometimes, I am too lazy to write here, so this account is a bit left behind. Because writing in English can be really tiring for me ? anyway. Now am back for good.
I will catch up with what’s left behind and hope you guys will like the recipes and even try them. Please don’t foret to send me cooksnaps so I will be more motivated ?
So here goes a chicken omelette recipe. Inspired by that Japanese dish that I forgot the name of ? anyway, hope you like it!
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 3 eggs
- Some salt
- Some pepper
- Chicken powder if you'd like
- Some butter
Whisk the eggs with some salt, pepper and chicken powder. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan.
After that, put the chicken in. Cook until they turn in colour and a bit dry.
Then pour the eggs on top of the chickens.
Cook on both sides until everything is well cooked.
