Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken boneless
- 2 pieces ginger, sliced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 green chili whole
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp zeera powder (or whole cumin)
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yoghurt (whisked with milk)
- 1/2 cup oil
Steps
Fry ginger and ginger garlic paste in oil till light aroma comes
Add tomatoes, salt, tumeric powder and zeera and cook till oil separates. add a little water to bhoonify
When mixed well add chicken, red chili, and tomato paste, mix
When chicken is cooked add milk and yoghurt mix. cook till oil separates. Garnish with ginger and serve
