Chicken & asparagus one pot pasta


  1. 4 chicken breast cubed
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 1 small onion diced
  4. 4 tbsp chopped garlic
  5. 1 stalk asparagus chopped
  6. 1 small pack of mushrooms chopped
  7. 3-4 cups chicken broth
  8. 1 13/14 oz box of dream fields pasta
  9. 1 (8 oz) pack of low fat cream cheese
  10. to taste Salt and pepper
  11. Parmesan cheese to top


  1. Cook chicken in pot with olive oil, garlic, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste

  2. Once cooked add chicken broth and bring to a soft boil. Add pasta and halfway through pasta cooking add veggies and cream cheese on top & cover for them to steam.

  3. Uncover once pasta is done, and mix all together. Leave uncovered for 5-10 min for it all to thicken up if it seems watery.

  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese
