- 4 chicken breast cubed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 stalk asparagus chopped
- 1 small pack of mushrooms chopped
- 3-4 cups chicken broth
- 1 13/14 oz box of dream fields pasta
- 1 (8 oz) pack of low fat cream cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese to top
Cook chicken in pot with olive oil, garlic, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste
Once cooked add chicken broth and bring to a soft boil. Add pasta and halfway through pasta cooking add veggies and cream cheese on top & cover for them to steam.
Uncover once pasta is done, and mix all together. Leave uncovered for 5-10 min for it all to thicken up if it seems watery.
Serve with Parmesan cheese
