Braised Pork Knuckle

Ingredients

  1. Pig knuckle
  2. 2 pcs radish
  3. 4 shitaki mushroom
  4. Slices ginger
  5. 2 star anise
  6. 3 tbsp cooking wine
  7. Light and dark soy sauce
  8. 1 medium rock sugar
  9. Cinnamon

Steps

  1. Boil water and boil pig knuckle for 1 minute. Remove and wash.
