The first time I make cobbler I make a peaches cobbler and my husband really liked and now I make blackberry cobbler and the taste really good. Simple but taste good.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 onz fresh blackberry
Preheat oven 350°. Place butter in a 9×13 pan and melt in oven while it is preheating
In medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk.
Remove pan of melted butter from oven. Pour mixture into pan, evenly, but DO NOT STIR. Spread pie filling (blackberry) onto batter without stirring.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until fruit is bubbly and batter is set and golden brown.
