Ingredients

- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 bunch scallions chopped

- to taste salt and pepper
- cilantro chopped
