Bittergaurd Fry



  1. 2 Bittergaurd
  2. 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
  3. 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  4. Salt (as per taste)
  5. 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  6. 3 tablespoon Cooking oil


  1. Cut the bittergaurd in to thin slices.

  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice as given in ingredients and mix it well. Leave it for marinating in freezer for 15 min.

  3. Now heat the pan and add oil. Add the marinated bittergaurd to the pan. Slow cook for 20 min to get it crispy.
