Bits of Gammon and Cheesy Eggs

A delicious breakfast

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 pound bits of gammon and skin strips
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. To taste kosher salt
  4. To taste ground black pepper
  5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. Fry the gammon bits crispy along with the skin strips. When crisp move to a plate.

  2. In the drippings fry the eggs with salt and pepper. I splashed fried the eggs so to get the whites done. Add eggs to the plate with the gammon bits.

  3. Add the cheese and let it melt. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
