Beef fried rice



  1. 300 g minced beef
  2. Half head cabbage
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tbs oyster sauce
  6. 1 tbs dark soya sauce
  7. 1 tbs light soya sauce
  8. 1 tbs olive oil
  9. 1 tsp salt (? To test)
  10. 1 cup raw rice


  1. Pre cook rice the night before or several hours before. It’ll absorb the flavours better

  2. Chop onions and vegetables.

  3. (heat 8-9 throughout) stir fry beef with onions until beef is browned. Remove and set aside

  4. Stir fry onions and vegetables. Once vegetables are soft, lower heat (4-5) and add in cooked rice. Add in all sauces and mix.

  5. Add in beef and continue mixing on high heat (9) for 1-2 minutes. Add in eggs and mix for another 1-2 minutes until egg is cooked and well mixed
