- 24 ounces chopped cauliflower
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 24 ounces beef broth
- 1 stick butter
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a deep pan sear the chuck roast. Rough cut the onion.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes, covered.
