Got this recipe on vegan 100 book . I didn’t have some of the ingredients so I left it out , like the the buckwheat flour I used regular flour, and I added some corn just because it was already mix in with my black beans from something I made the day before . This is going to be my main burger recipe so I don’t feel left out at a cookout or grilling at home.. it’s simple and easy, and I can change it up some. Way cheaper than the morning star frozen black bean burger in the store. ( these do fall apart easy but you can shape them back in no time, I added some extra bbq sauce, so that might be why , so flip them over easy when cooking reshape as needed.)
