Simple light lunch
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Pinch salt
- 1 x dried red chilli
- 1 x clove of garlic
- Coarse black pepper
Steps
Heat up oil and salt the salmon
Drop the fish into hot pan, skin first… flash cook and crisp the skin. Lower the heat after 4 mins to medium low. Add coarse pepper and flake the dried chilli
Cook for a further 3 to 4 mins then add garlic before flipping the fish
Cook for a further 6 to 8 mins… lower heat so as to not burn the garlic. Then serve… splash of vinegar gives it some zing.
