Peach brandy Reduction sweet and salty banana recipe.
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup peach brandy
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- As needed salt
- 1 stick butter
Cut the bananas lengthwise. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the bananas cut side down.
After 10 minutes turn the best you can. Sprinkle lightly with salt across the top.
Sprinkle with sugar and add the peach brandy. Simmer till the alcohol has evaporated. Cover and let rest, till ready to serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
