Bacon burnt ends


  1. Whole slab bacon
  2. BBQ seasoning
  3. Brown sugar
  4. BBQ sauce


  1. Cut slab bacon into cubes

  2. Toss bacon cubes in your favorite BBQ seasoning

  3. Smoke 1 hour at 220, flip smoke another hour

  4. Pull off smoker and place in aluminum disposable pan, toss in brown sugar and your favorite BBQ sauce

  5. Put back in smoker in the pan 275 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, just til sauce has thickened and sticks to bacon well
