Anytime smoothie

I was hungry amd didnt feel like cooking.I started putting everything together and was fully prepared for it to taste awful.

It ended up tasting great.Lol not a great story, but it’s accurate.


  1. 8-10 oz Cranberry Pomegranate juice
  2. 1 banana (peeled)
  3. 1 scoop your favorite protein. I use birthday cake flavored


  1. Add everything into your blender.

  2. Blend until fully mixed. Approx 60 seconds.

  3. Pour and enjoy!
