Anita's Healthy Lunch Chicken Nuggets & Roasted Yams?

Ingredients

  1. 2 Boneless Chicken Breast Cut Into Chuncks
  2. 1/2 Yam Sliced Into Chunks
  3. 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  4. 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  5. Seasonings:
  6. Slay Ya Moma Seasonings
  7. 21 Spices
  8. 1-2 Punches of Red Pepper Flakes

Steps

  1. Take the chopped yams and put them in a bowl. Take olive oil pour a little over the yams the season them mix well.

  2. Preheat oven to 365°, place yam in a pan, and cook for 40 minutes.

  3. Use a large pan for the chicken. Pour oil to cover the bottle of the pan.(A little oil) Under medium ? fire.

  4. Sauté and season to taste. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Until tender about 20 minutes or less give or take.
