- 1 box spelt spagetti
- Cherry tomatos
- Mushrooms (no shiitake mushrooms)
- Onions and assorted sweet peppers, green peppers
- Cilantro, oregano, basil, sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
Add teaspoon of sea salt and tablespoon of grape seed oil to a pot of spring water over medium heat.
Add spaghetti when boiling and stir
Sauté chopped veggies: onions, peppers and mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash (season to taste)
Blend tomatoes agave and cilantro in blender and add to saucepan of veggies. Let simmer and cook for 15-20 min. Enjoy!
