Ingredients
- 2 bundles Amaranth Greens
- 5-6 mini sweet peppers
- 1/2 of red onion
- 1/2 of green pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
- Sea salt
- 1/2 of habanero pepper (if desire)
Steps
Remove stems from greens and soak and clean thoroughly. Chop greens into small bit sizes.
Chop veggies and add to a pot with a tablespoon of grape seed oil over medium heat.
Add greens and stir occasionally. Add seasoning and cook for 15 min. Enjoy!
