Algerian flag salad


  1. 50 g cooked green beans
  2. grated cooked egg white
  3. cut a star and the moon with a tomato
  4. olive oil and lemon vinaigrette
  5. Salt
  6. of chopped parsle
  7. Pinch black pepper


  1. Take a flat plate and put the green beans aside and put the grated egg whites on the other side and put in the middle a red tomato star and the red moon to form an Algerian flag

  2. Serve cold,with olive oil and lemon vinaigrette.
