15 min soya gumbo recipe

What can I say? I like my shrimps overcooked and well soaked in my favorite sauce, soy sauce!


  1. 1 teaspoon honey
  2. 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 1 white onion
  4. 1/5 green pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  6. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  7. 1/5 teaspoon chili sauce
  8. 1 big leaf of lettuce


  1. I used store bought shrimps so I just had to get them out of the fridge to cool down the ice.

  2. I sliced everything thinly except the pepper I made some of it big and the other pieces I left them small because i love the taste.

  3. Put the soy sauce (i used regular one because I’m adding honey) and all other spices in a pan and then add the onions and pepper.

  4. Boil the shrimps and after the veggies are done shut the fire and remove the pan until the shrimps are in nice pink color, add them to the pan and stir well, lastly add the lettuce and enjoy.
