Ingredients

  1. 6 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  2. 2 cups warm water
  3. 1 tablespoon saffron
  4. 2 tablespoons yeast

  6. 2 tablespoon anise
  7. 1/2 cup Powder milk
  8. 1/2 cup sesame seed
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  10. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  11. 1 cup olive oil

Steps

  1. Dissolve yeast in half a cup of water warm with 1 teaspoon of sugar Cover let rise

  2. Using a mixer add the flour And all the dry ingredients on top and mix slowly add the olive oil the warm water and yeast mixture and kneading for at least 10 to 15 minutes until dough smooth.

  3. Cover with a plastic wrap and put in a warm place for two hours or until dough rises

  4. Cut dough into 2 inch pieces in diameter Form a ball make them round and smooth Let them rest for 10 minute

  5. Flatten the pieces to circle 1/2 thick inch

  6. Oven heated to 500 degrees, Place on heated baking sheet cook till the loaves turn light brown enjoy
