    DIRECTIONS

  • Beat the curds after adding water for a thin consistency.
  • Add the ground masala.
  • Add cumin powder and salt and mix very well.
  • Strain through a thick sieve.
  • Heat oil in a ladle.
  • Add mustard seed.
  • Add curry leaves when mustard seeds splutter.
  • Add to the buttermilk.
  • Serve the buttermilk cold. Add seasoning just before serving this cooling and antioxidant filled drink.
