1kg mince meat 2teaspoons crushed garlic 1⁄2 cuptomato sauce 1⁄2 cub barbecue sauce 2 grated carrots 2 grated onions 2eggs 6sheetspuff pastry 1tablespoon melted butterDIRECTIONS
Set aside pastry and melted butter.In a large bowl mix all other ingredients together ( i find it easier to use my hands).Spoon mince mixture on to sheets of puff pastry ( vertical line in middle of sheet) role into sausage role shape brush with melted butter.Place savory rolls in baking tray lined with baking paper, place in oven cook for a medium heat until pastry in golden, (cook time varies depending on size and thickness of rolls).Source: Read Full Article
