DIRECTIONS
In the bottom of mixing bowel that has a dough hook, add the yeast and warm water.Let sit for 10 minutes.Meanwhile melt the butter.Add sugar, salt, and milk and stir to dissolve.Add the eggs and mix about 3 minutes.Gradually add the flour until you have a very soft but manageable dough.Continue mixing for about 5 minutes.Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead a few times.Placed in oiled bowel and rise until double.Mine takes about 1 1/2 hours.Gently punch down and knead a few times.Shape into desire rolls.Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.Cool on cooling rack and brush tops with a mixture of milk and sugar.Source: Read Full Article
