    DIRECTIONS

  • Combine yeast in water and sugar (Make sure your water is 110 F and is filtered or else it either doesn’t work or it kills the yeast) and wait about 5-10 mins.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Then mix in yeast until a dough forms. Knead dough in bowl to prevent messes from flour. Ferment for 10 minutes.
  • Place dough in proofing machine such as an instant pot (Recommended). Proof for an hour. For instant pot users (only for models with yogurt function): use custom yogurt function and set for 5:00 then wait an hour.
  • Transfer dough to similarly-sized dish and bake until dough exterior is for the most part, golden brown (about 25+ mins).
  • Let cool for 10 mins and serve. Enjoy!
