Air Fryer Banana Bread

“Baking is an under appreciated talent of the air fryer. Make banana bread using one round pan or 2 small mini loaf pans.”








  • 12 cupall-purpose flour
  • 14 cupalmond flour
  • 12 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 12 kosher salt
  • 12 cupgranulated sugar
  • 14 cuplow-fat buttermilk
  • 1 largeegg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 14 cupcanola oil
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 12banana sliced lengthwise and sanding sugar (optional)
  • Directions

  • Spray baking pan(s) with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat air fryer to 305-310-degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine.
  • In a separate bowl mix sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla, canola oil and mashed banana.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and gently fold until completely combined.
  • Pour batter into pan(s) and top with sliced banana and sprinkle with sanding sugar, if using.
  • Transfer pan(s) to the fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread(s). Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan(s).
