As well as his role in EastEnders, Scott gained a legion of fans while starring in ITV’s The Bill.

He has also taken part in reality shows including Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Masterchef.

Scott set pulses racing posting topless pictures on his Instagram.

In the snap, the actor showed off his toned six pack abs as he posed wearing a pair of shorts.

Fans headed to the comment section to share their appreciation for his slim frame.

In the caption, he gave an insight into the plan he used to shape up.

He explained the work plan ATHLEAN-X helped him carved his toned body.

The workout plan, created by YouTuber Jeff Cavaliere, focused on helping slimmers build muscle and tone six pack abs.

It combines a workout and nutrition plan that is to be followed for 90 days.

When trying to carve toned abs, those hoping to slim need to combine exercise with a healthy diet plan.

An expert shared the best ways to workout and keep fit from home.

Ollie Thompson, personal trainer from SIX3NINE in Covent Garden, explained circuits can be a good workout.

He told Express.co.uk: “I’m a big fan of circuits and these translate great into the home, simply choose a few great exercises and complete them in a circuit fashion.

“For example, bodyweight squats, push ups, side planks, tricep dips off the side of the bed, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc.”
