Holly has always been known for her enviable figure but recently appears to have slimmed down even more.

Although she has mostly stayed tightlipped about her diet and fitness regime.

The TV star explained her main focus is on being healthy rather than the number on the scales.

The presenter told Prima Magazine: “I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

Holly also explained she prefers to stay quiet on her exact diet and exercise plan.

She told The Sunday Times: “It’s a personal thing for me, and I think people get obsessive with it.

“Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day. It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.”

Speaking about her weight loss on Lorraine, Holly explained it was prompted by having more free time.

She said: “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.

“I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.”

Despite this, some things are known about the diet and fitness regime of the Dancing on Ice star.

A TV source revealed Holly would often snack on healthy fruit and vegetables.
