Ingredients
350g tub Waitrose Chargrilled Vegetable Sauce With Olives
240g pack cod fillets, diced
185g pack Waitrose Spiralized Courgette Spaghetti
250g pack microwaveable whole grain rice
Method
1. Place the sauce and cod in a small saucepan, cover and cook gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fish is just cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, microwave the courgette for 1 minute and stir into the cod mixture. Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve alongside.
