Gemma Collins first appeared in The Only Way is Essex in 2011. She soon became a huge hit for her hilarious personality. Hailing from Romford, she went on to appear to Celebrity Big Brother and her own reality show.

Gemma’s weight loss has won her lots of praise.

The star, like many, has been on a long weight loss journey that has had its up and downs.

Gemma has been on various weight loss retreats and slimmed down while appearing on Dancing on Ice. She liked slimmer than ever appeared recently with PlayOJO bingo.

So how has Gemma managed her fantastic transformation?

Gemma said: “I use Skinny Jabs – it’s a programme that I am on and I have managed to lost three stone on it.

“It is a full programme, you get nutrition advice, nice recipes and guidance and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight.”

Skinny Jab is a programme seeing followers have an injection every week for four weeks.

The company claims the jabs work by “removing hunger from the equation.”

Kerry Katona has also posted on her Instagram account about using the jabs.

Gemma went on: “My advice to anyone looking to start a weight loss journey would be adopt the right mindset.

“I believe that all bodies are beautiful, but if you want to make a change its really powerful to do it from a health-first perspective.”

The TOWIE star lavished praise on current Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

She said: “It’d really encouraging to see Boris taking action to tackle the issue of obesity in our country.

“Boris has lost some weight himself recently – I saw him on the news the other day with his weight loss and his holiday tan and I thought ‘Boris looks a bit of a sort’.

“Bless you Boris – losing weight will make anyone feel better.”

Another star whose weight loss as impressed is an international singer.

Adele’s weight loss has been credited to the Sirtfood diet. 

The Sirtfood Diet claims eating certain foods boost the metabolism and burns fat.

Foods allowed on the diet include kale, strawberries, onions, extra virgin oil and even dark chocolate is encouraged.

Typical meals permitted include salads, fish, tabbouleh as well as a shrimp stir-fry.
