    DIRECTIONS

  • In a large skillet brown the sausage, onions and green peppers. Drain off excess fat.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, sour cream, sugar, chili powder and salt.Add the pasta, cover the skillet and simmer until the pasta is tender.
  • Note that this does fill a large skillet particularly before the liquid gets inside the tubular pasta so work carefully to not make a mess.
