Included in the price was one starter, main, side, vegetable dish, pudding as well as a drink.
Each course served two people and Tesco Finest Prosecco was also on the menu.

For the main course, there are British lamb shanks on offer, salmon en croute or a vegan curry.
To finish off dinner, the supermarket is offering white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, profiteroles or vegan chocolate pots.
There are also selected wines to pair with certain dishes – a white, red, or vegan prosecco.
If that’s not enough food to celebrate love, Aldi is also offering heart-shaped chicken nuggets and a cheese fondue for two.
The range will not be available in stores until February 10 but you can see what’s on offer on their website.
