Spicy-Sweet Butter-Bath Hot-Honey Corn Hits All the Right Notes

Butter bathing is our new favorite way to cook corn on the cob. The weird-sounding technique is really just a dressed-up version of classic boiled corn, with milk and butter added to the bath. Jazzing it up with sweet honey and fiery red pepper flakes takes this technique to a whole new level of tastiness.

How to Dress Up Butter Bath Corn with Hot Honey

Hot honey is a favorite topping for biscuits, fried chicken, and pancakes — particularly in the South — but it also makes sweet summer corn sing in this butter bath recipe. The good news? You don’t need to buy any expensive infused honey. Instead, just add your favorite honey and a hearty pinch of red pepper flakes to your butter bath corn as it cooks.
