  • 6ounces tomato basil feta cheese
  • 10ouncescherry tomatoes
  • 1bunchcilantro
  • 12 red onion
  • 12 cupItalian dressing

    DIRECTIONS

  • Chop up all the cucubmer either very thin or a little thicker, it’s up to you. You could even dice little squares if you wanted to.
  • Dice the onion small.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Chop up the cilantro fairly well. and throw in the olives and cheese. You may chop the olives as well if you prefer that.
  • Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and add the Italian dressing to coat. Ready to serve!
