Deliveroo and KFC UK & Ireland have today announced a major expansion of their partnership, with the launch of up to 200 new restaurants this year. The company has also signed a new deal with the fast food chain with exclusive offers only available on Deliveroo.
This growth comes following the incredible success of KFC on Deliveroo with the launch of 130 sites in 2020.
The expansion means that chicken lovers will be able to get their favourite maps delivered from around 330 sites in the UK.
To mark the news, the companies are also re-running the highly successful 20 percent discount on ‘Wings Wednesday’ available to order from all restaurants via the delivery platform.
Stephen Goldstein, EVP Restaurants at Deliveroo said: “We are extremely proud that, at this critical moment in KFC’s growth trajectory, they have chosen to expand with Deliveroo.
The expansion means that even more fans of KFC can now enjoy their legendary food from the comfort of home.
“We are honoured to be able to offer some amazing exclusive deals, such as the 20 percent off Wings Wednesday, and are excited to delight an ever-growing number of KFC’s fans across the UK in the year ahead.”
KFC fans can now order from new locations around the country like Corby, Dorchester and King’s Lynn.
Deliveroo which launched in the UK in 2013, originally started delivering food from restaurants but has since partnered with grocery stores such as Sainsbury’s and M&S.

For those ordering on the app, the company is also offering a generous £10 discount code.
Valid until March 31, customers can use the code WEGET10 to receive the discount off of their order.
If customers don’t currently have the app installed, it can easily be downloaded on Google Play or via the App Store.
It can also be redeemed through the Deliveroo website.
The exclusive deal is to celebrate the launch of its brand new campaign in line with Deliveroo’s commitment to delivering great food to customers.
In other food news, rival app Just Eat is offering free delivery on McDonald’s for customers.
Only those living in London will be eligible, providing they spend a minimum of £5 per order.
The saving can be had up until March 31 and is unlimited, so Britons can order on the app as many times as they like with delivery totally free.
While this deal is only available in London, Just Eat has also slashed the delivery cost of many other popular takeaway chains.
This includes Greggs, KFC, Subway, Burger King, Pret and Starbucks where customers will only have to pay a £1.99 fee.
There are no codes that need to be put into the promo area of checkout as delivery costs will automatically be deducted.
Andrew Kenny, UK Managing Director at Just Eat said: “We know the last few months have been tough for our customers, so Just Eat is delighted to be able to deliver some extra joy by partnering with some of their favourite restaurants to offer fantastic delivery discounts for the next two months, making us the best value delivery service in the market.”
