DIRECTIONS
Chop and steam cauliflower for 15 min or until cooked.Drain and press dry with a towel to rice as much water as possible.Add butter and cream and salt to food processor with cauliflower and pulse until thick and creamy.While cauliflower is cooking, saute veggies and garlic on the stove.Add ground beef and cook until browned.Drain of excess fat.Add broth and bring to a soft boil.Stir in xanthan gum or corn starch.Season to taste with salt and pepper and other spices as preferred.Stir until nice and thick and transfer to an 8×8 baking dish.Spread cauli mash over the top.Drag a fork over the top of the mash to make a rippled rough surface.Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min or until it is hot and bubbly and the top is starting to brown.Source: Read Full Article
