Lotus Biscoff fans will be happy to know that Iceland is launching an exclusive ice cream cake, made by the company. Announcing the news, Iceland said: “2021 is saved!”
The Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake will be available to buy in Iceland stores and online from March 24.
The sweet treat will cost £3.
Featuring Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream swirls, Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Spread, and crispy chocolate layers, the ice cream cake is full of all your favourite Biscoff products.
It is also topped with crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit pieces.
The ice cream cake is a perfect treat to enjoy while curled up on a sofa.
It can also be shared with family and friends when lockdown eases, as the cake serves six people.
The food retailer has not shared the news of the ice cream cake launch on its Twitter or Instagram accounts yet, but it believes that the new product is a “viral-sensation-in-waiting”.
Iceland said: “The new premium ice cream cake delivers the iconic taste and crunch of Lotus Biscoff that the nation knows and loves.”

Lotus Biscoff already has an ice cream available for fans of the company, but it comes as an ice cream stick, similar to a Magnum.
Shoppers can buy a pack of three Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks from Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Iceland.
The Belgian company’s other products are also popular.
Its caramelised biscuit spread means being able to enjoy the great taste of Lotus Biscoff biscuits in a jar, perfect to eat on toast or to cook with.
Lotus Biscoff’s newest product, apart from the ice cream cake, is the brand’s sandwich biscuits.
Like a sandwich, the sweet treat has a biscuit top and bottom and a layer of either cream or milk chocolate in its middle.
The biscuits also come in a third flavour: vanilla.
A packet of 15 biscuits costs £1.39 and were first launched in Tesco in April last year.
In other Iceland news, the retailer has recently launched the perfect dessert for Easter.
The Hot Cross Bun Cheesecake is available to buy in stores and online now and costs only £2.75.
The cheesecake has a crunchy biscuit base and a spiced orange and raisin flavoured topping, covered in a salted caramel sauce and a white chocolate cross.
Already a hit with shoppers on social media, the cheesecake was also seen yesterday on Steph’s Packed Lunch on Channel 4.
