DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 190c.in a dutch oven… add fats and brown onion and then add minced garlic.add chicken and brown on high heat with dry spices.add cans of toms, salt and pepper and whole baby toms.cook on med heat for 15 minutes add the parsley, put on lid.Place in over for 35 mins.add blanched beans and olives, remove lid and cook for 20 mins.add squeeze of lime, stir, taste, season, taste.Its basically cooked when the meat is separating from the bone.serve with whatever your dietary needs are.This is a carb free meal if served with cauli rice.
