Basil Pesto Pasta

  • 12 cupcherry tomatoes, halfed
  • 12 mediumonion, sliced
  • 150gmushrooms, sliced
  • 150gpasta
  • handful basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1tablespoonolive oil
  • 100mlbasil pesto

  • cook the pasta and add some oil to it after cooked to stop it sticking together, keep about 100ml of cooking water.
  • Then add the oil to a deep frypan andadd onions and stir fry on medium heat for a minute then add mushrooms and fry for around 2 or 3 minutes.
