24 uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp (about 1 pound)1 1⁄2 teaspoonscajun seasoning1 (6ounce) package baby spinach leaves1 cup shredded red cabbage1 cup shredded green cabbage1 cup matchlike carrot sticks1 cupfresh snow pea, cut lengthwise into thin strips4 green onions, diagonally sliced1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro1⁄2 cup asian toasted sesame dressing (Store bought or my favorite Oriental Salad Dressing)Directions
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers; sprinkle with seasoning, turning skewers to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.
