DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, the baking powder, 3 tbsp of sugar and salt in a large bowl.Using a fork or pastry blender, blend in 3 tbsp of butter.Mix the beaten egg with the milk and add to dry ingredients.Mix thoroughly.Spread the batter into a 13×9 pan.Arrange apples over the cake batter in rows.For the topping, melt 4 tbsp butter, and add 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup flour.Sprinkle the topping over the cake.Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees and enjoy!Source: Read Full Article
