  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
  • Sliced ripe banana and honey, optional
  • Directions

  • In a small container or Mason jar, combine oats, banana, milk, honey and peanut butter. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
